Charlize looks tough and sexy in Bradon Flowers’ solo debut video - 2010-07-19
 Charlize Theron flaunts her strength and beauty in Brandon Flowers’ new music video “Crossfire.” The South African bombshell can be seen showing her tough side, rescuing the singer from some ninjas attack. Crossfire is the solo debut of Flowers, who is the Killers’ frontman. His solo album, titled Flamingo, is due September 14.
Charlize looks Germany clobbers Argentina - 2010-07-05
Charlize Theron was among the stars who watched the Argentina-Germany match on Saturday, July 3. The South-African actress saw how Germany beat the Argentines 4-0. Also in the crowd were were Leonardo DiCaprio, Mick Jagger and German Chancellor Angela Merkel. In other news, Charlize has signed up to star in two new Mad Max movies. The new stories on the are titled “Fury Road” and “Furiosa,” reports Todd Brown from Twitch.
Charlize puts her beach mansion to rent - 2010-06-28
 Charlize Theron is renting her Malibu home for $50,000 a month. The actress has decided to put on the market her 2,095 square foot beachfront house, which she has shared with ex-boyfriend Stuart Townsend. The three-bedroom property is located on the exclusive Pacific Coast Highway, with two private parking spaces for vehicles. Charlize, 34, also owns another home in Los Angeles, where she usually lives when she’s not filming.
Charlize grabs decade of hotness award - 2010-06-07
 Charlize Theron won the Decade of Hotness Award at 2010 Guys Choice Awards, held in Los Angeles, on Saturday, June 5. The South African beauty joked about her skimpy outfit as she received the prize from Ben Affleck. She laughed, “My skirt is shorter than the cocktail waitresses.” The 34-year-old star said, “Ben and I did a film together, but I wasn’t hot back then, so I want to apologize to Ben. Ten years of hotness? More like nine! 2003 was a fat year, but it got me an Oscar. This award is like my Oscar…but much less important.” Hah!
Charlize builds foster home for orphans - 2010-05-31
 Charlize Theron donates $50, 000 to build foster home in her native South Africa. The Oscar-awarded star through her Africa Outreach Project has joined forces with Citizen Effect, a volunteer organization, to match those funds by having Citizen Philanthropists fund-raise $5,000 each. “We are excited about this partnership because our goal is to help the children of Cloetesville live healthy, productive lives and we cannot go at this alone,” said Theron. “Citizen Effect allows us to get more passionate people involved and have a greater overall impact.”

| She grew up in a small
town called Benoni and was a member of the tribe South Soho. She
was born a single child in a very wealthy family. She learned
many of the 28, (twenty-eight!) languages she speaks from the
staff on her parents' farm. When she was 6, Charlize showed her
first signs of what would be her stardom. She began ballet and
considered doing this for a career. She continued dancing and
would eventually go professional in Johannesburg. At the age of
16 she took an offer to begin modelling in Milan, Italy, because
she'd won a local modeling contest.
